多维评价下的黄河流域陕西段生态修复关键区识别与优化

【摘要】 黄河流域是中国人地关系矛盾最突出的区域之一,肩负着生态保护修复与社会经济高质量发展的双重使命。本文在构建“空间识别—问题诊断—优化治理”的生态修复关键区研究框架基础上,从生态“脆弱性—稳定性—恢复力”多维视角,提出一套识别生态修复关键区的技术方法体系,并以黄河流域陕西段为研究对象,开展以水为核心、多要素系统综合的国土空间生态修复研究,旨在为国土空间生态修复关键区的精准识别与分区分类治理提供理论指导和实践参考,支撑黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。研究结果显示,黄河流域陕西段生态修复关键区主要分布于榆林北部、延安中北部、渭北台塬区及黄河沿线,总面积达30 756.58 km~2,可划分为开发干扰影响型、环境本底影响型与综合因素影响型三类,应结合地域特征,采取整体优化、协同统筹、分区分类与分级调控相结合的差异化生态修复策略。

【Abstract】 The Yellow River Basin is one of the most prominent areas in China’s man-land relationship,shouldering the dual missions of ecological protection and restoration and high-quality social and economic development.Based on the research framework of spatial identification-problem diagnosis-optimized governance of ecological restoration key areas,this paper proposes a set of technical methods to identify ecological restoration key areas from the multi-dimensional perspective of ecological vulnerability-stability-resilience.Taking the Shaanxi section of the Yellow River Basin as the research object,the research on the ecological restoration of land space with water as the core and multi-factor system integration is carried out,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the accurate identification and zoning classification management of the key areas of land space ecological restoration,and support the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the key areas of ecological restoration in the Shaanxi section of the Yellow River Basin are mainly distributed in the northern part of Yulin,the central and northern part of Yan’an,the Weibei tableland area and the Yellow River,with a total area of 30,756.58 km~2.It can be divided into three types:development interference influence type,environmental background influence type,and comprehensive factor influence type.It should adopt a differentiated ecological restoration strategy combining overall optimization,collaborative co-ordination,zoning classification,and hierarchical regulation.
