【摘要】 在乡村振兴战略与乡村规划师制度全面推进的背景下，高校乡村规划教育面临知识生产与在地需求脱节、技术理性与乡土理性割裂、产教融合停留在浅层服务等结构性难题。本文立足中山大学在云南省凤庆县的乡村规划实践教育，秉承城乡规划专业理念，以共同缔造工作坊为核心方法，系统回应校地知识共生、复合型人才培养、规划落地效能提升三大关键命题。研究将共同缔造理念深度嵌入规划教育全流程，构建校地共生的知识共同生产机制，推动产教融合从单向知识输出转向双向互构；通过“三个融合”打造复合型乡村规划人才培养体系，有效调和技术理性与乡土理性的内在张力。实践表明，共同缔造不仅是基层治理方法，更成为破解高校实践教育困境、衔接专业教育与乡村振兴的关键理论载体，为高校教育响应国家战略、提升人才培养实效提供了可借鉴范式与理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Amid the comprehensive advancement of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the rural planner system, higher education in rural planning faces structural challenges, including the disconnection between knowledge production and local needs, the split between technical rationality and local rationality, and shallow integration of industry and education. Drawing on Sun Yat-sen University’s rural planning practice in Fengqing County, Yunnan Province, and upholding the professional philosophy of urban-rural planning, this study employs a co-creation workshop as its core methodology, systematically addressing three critical issues: co-evolution of academic and local knowledge, cultivation of interdisciplinary talent, and enhancement of planning implementation effectiveness. By embedding co-creation deeply into the full educational process, the study constructs a knowledge co-production mechanism between university and locality, promotes two-way knowledge interaction, and establishes an interdisciplinary talent cultivation system through “three integrations,” effectively reconciling technical and local rationalities. The findings indicate that co-creation is not only a method for grassroots governance but also a key theoretical instrument to overcome the difficulties of university practice education, bridging professional training and rural revitalization, offering a replicable model and theoretical support for higher education aligned with national strategies.更多还原
