【摘要】 城市更新自城市诞生之日起就已出现，不同国家在不同发展阶段开展了多样化的探索，并形成相应的概念表述。在我国实施城市更新行动背景下，明确城市更新概念及其内涵是理论研究与实践探索的重要基础。中外学界对城市更新概念的辨析由来已久，但并未达成共识。基于对114篇城市更新相关英文文献的系统性综述，构建“语用谱系—内在含义—理论反思”分析框架，对城市更新常用术语的语义进行分析，以深化对城市更新概念及其内涵的理解。研究表明，城市更新的术语表达涵盖了广泛的概念范畴，其多元化特征既有自身含义差别的原因，同时也受到不同语境和不同应用场景的影响。城市更新相关概念具有一定的历时性和地域性特征，但其演进并非简单的线性替代关系，而是受到普遍性问题意识的引导。建议在比较视角下批判吸收欧美城市更新相关研究成果，面向核心议题提出中国特色的城市更新知识体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban regeneration has emerged since the birth of cities. Different nations have undertaken diverse explorations at various stages of development, giving rise to corresponding conceptual expressions. In the context of the implementation of urban regeneration in China, clarifying the concept of urban regeneration and its connotation is an important foundation for theoretical research and practical exploration. Chinese and foreign academics have been analyzing the terminology of urban regeneration for a long time, but have not reached a consensus. Based on a systematic review of 114 English literature on urban regeneration, this study analyses the semantics of the terms commonly used in urban regeneration, from the construction of the analytical framework of "linguistic genealogy-internal meaning-theoretical reflection", in order to deepen the understanding of the concept of urban regeneration and its connotations. The study shows that the expression of diverse English terms of urban regeneration is not only due to the difference in their own meanings, but also influenced by different application scenarios and different contexts, and generally covers a wide range of conceptual categories. The concepts related to urban regeneration are ephemeral and territorial in nature, but their evolution is not simply a linear substitution, but is guided by a sense of universal issues. It is suggested to critically absorb European and American studies on urban regeneration from a comparative perspective, and to propose an urban regeneration knowledge system with Chinese characteristics for the core issues.更多还原
