【摘要】 社区治理共同体是“共建共治共享”社会治理体系的基层支点。具有在地性、全面性与关系性特征的社区教育，在其建构进程中发挥着独特且关键的作用。基于文献梳理与案例分析可知，社区教育主要通过三重路径推动社区治理共同体建设:以耦合各方需求、搭建协商平台、培育互惠规范为抓手，实现利益聚合、促成利益共同体生成;以整合内外资源、提升合作治理能力、构建社区行动网络为支撑，激活主体行动、推动行动共同体形成;以增强居民互动、巩固主体间信任、浸润共同文化为纽带，深化情感链接、助力情感共同体发展。社区教育兼具教育属性与治理功能，唯有尊重其基本属性、强化治理效能、打破政策壁垒，方能实现社区教育与社区治理的深度融合，为社区治理共同体的长效建设提供坚实保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community governance community serves as the grassroots cornerstone of the social governance system of “co-construction,co-governance and shared benefits”. Community education with localized,comprehensive and relational characteristics,plays a unique and key role in its construction process. Based on literature review and case analysis,it can be seen that community education mainly promotes the construction of community governance community through three pathways: taking coupling the needs of various parties,building platforms for consultation and cultivating norms of reciprocity as the starting point,achieve interest alignment,and promote the emergence of a community of shared interests; taking integrating internal and external resources,enhancing capacities of cooperation and governance,and constructing community action networks as the support,activate the main body’s actions,promote the formation of an action community; taking strengthening residents’ interactions,consolidating intersubjective trust and infiltrating the common culture as the link,deep the emotional bonding and support the development of an affective community. Community education has both educational attributes and governance functions. Only by respecting its basic attributes,strengthening governance efficiency and breaking down policy barriers can we achieve the deep integration of community education and community governance and provide a solid guarantee for the long-term construction of community governance community.更多还原
