【摘要】 在深度老龄化大趋势下，为改善老年人贫困问题、应对岗学分离教育危机、纾解社会融入困境，韩国启动了“老年人工作岗位与社会活动支援”项目。该项目以类型划分为原则，明晰就业路径;以双轨并行为逻辑，构建课程体系;以地区需求为导向，深化区域创新;以信息平台为依托，推进智能化服务，确立了“四位一体”的岗学融通型老年职业教育体系。借鉴韩国经验，我国可秉持健康老龄化理念，完善教育治理结构;推进职业教育适老化，扩大教育资源供给;明确岗位提供机制，畅通岗学衔接渠道，实现“供岗—教育—就业”三者之间的良性循环。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of the trend of deep aging,South Korea has launched the project of “Elderly Employment and Social Activity Support”,in order to improve the poverty of the elderly,address the crisis of post-school separation education,and alleviate the dilemma of social integration. This project clarifies employment paths based on the principle of type classification; constructs a curriculum system with dual-track and behavioral logic; deepens regional innovation guided by regional needs; promotes intelligent services based on information platforms,and establishes a “four-in-one” vocational education system for the elderly that integrates work and learning. Drawing on the experience of South Korea,China can uphold the concept of healthy aging and improve its educational governance structure; promote vocational education to adapt to aging and expand the supply of educational resources; clarify the job provision mechanism,smooth the connection channels between job and learning,and achieve a virtuous cycle among “job supply—education—employment”.更多还原
