【摘要】 磁致伸缩材料因在传感器、声纳、驱动器等领域的广泛应用,近年来引起了越来越多研究者的关注。本文系统总结了磁致伸缩材料的最新研究进展及其潜在应用,深入探讨了磁致伸缩效应的基本机制、主要材料体系及制备工艺,并进行了详细的比较与分析。通过对现有材料体系的总结,明确了各类材料的优势与局限,为磁致伸缩材料的后续发展提供了指导意见。接着,本文分析了不同制备工艺对材料微观结构的影响,揭示了微观结构对磁致伸缩性能的规律性作用,为进一步的工艺优化提供了理论支持。本文从应用和实践的角度分析了各类材料在不同领域的应用前景及面临的技术挑战。通过对现有研究成果的综合比较,本文旨在为高性能磁致伸缩材料的进一步研究提供理论依据,并为未来的研究方向指明道路。

【Abstract】 Magnetostrictive materials have attracted considerable scholarly attention owing to their extensive applications in sensors, sonar, actuators, and related fields. This paper presents a systematic review of recent advancements and potential applications of magnetostrictive mate-rials, focusing on the fundamental mechanisms of the magnetostrictive effect, principal material systems, and fabrication methods. Through detailed comparative analysis, the advantages and limitations of existing material systems are elucidated to inform future development. The influence of various fabrication techniques on microstructural features and their consequent effects on magnetostrictive performance are critically examined, providing theoretical guidance for process optimization. Furthermore, the paper evaluates the application prospects and technical challenges of different materials across diverse domains. By synthesizing current research outcomes, the paper aims to establish a theoretical foundation for advancing high-performance magnetostrictive materials and to delineate strategic directions for forthcoming investigations.
