QBe2弹簧管表面黄斑成因分析及调控可行性研究
Cause Analysis and Regulation Feasibility of the Yellow Spots on the Surface of QBe2 Spring Tubes
【摘要】 某公司采用国产QBe2棒材生产伺服弹簧管,在最终检验中发现其薄壁处存在黄斑,严重影响弹簧管的外观质量及使用性能。针对此问题,本工作采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子探针显微分析仪(EPMA)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征、分析了黄斑的形成原因,并探究均匀化退火工艺对其调控的可行性。研究发现:零件表面黄斑为β相,其存在形态不受制造过程中的机加工、热处理工艺的影响,测试表明其在硬态(固溶+拉拔态)原材料棒材中已存在。后期采用605℃下6 h的预退火+860℃下100 h的均匀化退火,可以促进原材料中β相的Be元素扩散,从而达到消除β相的目的。
【Abstract】 The domestic QBe2 bar was used to produce servo spring tube by a company. In the final inspection,it was found that there was macula inthe thin wall,which seriously affected the appearance quality and performance of the spring tube. To explore the above problems,scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron probe microanalyzer(EPMA)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to characterize and analyze the causes of macular formation,and explore the feasibility of homogenization annealing process on its regulation. It is found that the macula on the surface of the part is β phase,and its existing form is not affected by the machining and heat treatment process in the manufacturing process. The test results show that it already exists in the hard(solid solution+drawing)raw material bar. In the later stage,pre-annealing at 605 ℃ for 6 h+homogenization annealing at 860 ℃ for 100 h can promote the diffusion of be element in β phase in raw materials,so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating β phase.
