【摘要】 党的二十届四中全会关于乡村文化建设的部署，标志着国家治理逻辑的深刻转型，其核心在于推动制度逻辑与生活逻辑的良性互构。全会的战略意图体现为从“点缀”到“灵魂”的宏观逻辑跃迁、从供给导向到需求本位的供给侧改革深化。然而，在实践层面，制度供给的指标化、治理手段的正式化、技术赋能的单向度以及经济开发的效率导向，与乡村生活世界的灵动性、惯性之间存在深层错位。因此，“十五五”时期乡村文化治理现代化需建立基于生活逻辑的动态反馈机制，培育内生型乡村文化代理人，实现制度对生活的有效嵌入与生活对制度的积极反哺。只有当制度逻辑学会适应乡土生活的复杂性，乡村文化才能真正成为实现中国式现代化的坚实文明根基。更多还原

【Abstract】 The arrangements for rural cultural construction made at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee signify a profound transformation in the logic of national governance, with its core lying in promoting a positive interconstruction between institutional logic and the logic of everyday life. The strategic intent of the Plenary Session is reflected in a macro-logical shift from "decoration" to "soul", and in deepening supply-side reform from a supply-oriented to a demand-based approach. However, at the practical level, there exists a deep-seated misalignment between the indicator-driven nature of institutional supply, the formalization of governance tools, the one-dimensionality of technological empowerment, and the efficiency-oriented approach to economic development, on the one hand, and the fluidity and inertia of the rural lifeworld, on the other. Therefore, the modernization of rural cultural governance during the "15 th Five-Year Plan" period requires the establishment of a dynamic feedback mechanism based on the logic of everyday life, the cultivation of endogenous rural cultural agents, and the effective embedding of institutions into life alongside the active feedback of life into institutions. Only when institutional logic learns to adapt to the complexities of rural life can rural culture truly become a solid civilizational foundation for realizing Chinese-style modernization.更多还原
