【摘要】 数字经济与实体经济深度融合在重塑经济增长动能的同时,也为企业探索适宜的绿色创新水平提升路径创造了新机遇。利用2011—2023年A股上市公司数据,从交易成本视角出发考察数实融合对企业绿色创新模式选择的影响。研究发现,数实融合会促进企业偏向性选择协同创新模式进行绿色创新,且该作用在外部环境不确定性感知较强、高污染行业和知识产权保护严格地区的企业中更为明显。机制分析表明,数实融合有助于降低创新全流程的交易成本,包括事前搜寻成本、事中协调成本和事后治理成本,从而推动企业偏向性选择绿色协同创新。拓展性分析发现,数实融合在偏向性激励绿色协同创新的同时,也会促进企业开展高质量的绿色创新活动。研究结论丰富了数字技术进步与企业绿色创新的关系研究,对于把握数实融合的机会窗口、实现经济社会发展全面绿色转型具有重要启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,while reshaping the growth momentum of the economy,also creates new opportunities for enterprises to explore appropriate paths to enhance their green innovation levels.Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2023,this paper examines the impact of digital real integration on the choice of green innovation models from a transaction costs perspective.Research finds that digital real integration will promote enterprises to prefer collaborative innovation for green innovation,and this effect is more pronounced in enterprises with a strong perception of external environmental uncertainties,located in high-pollution industries and regions with strict intellectual property protection.Mechanism analysis indicates digital real integration helps to reduce transaction costs throughout the entire innovation process,including pre-search costs,in-process coordination costs,and post-governance costs,thereby promoting enterprises to preferentially choose green collaborative innovation.An expansive analysis reveals that digital real integration,while playing a biased incentive role in green collaborative innovation,will also promote enterprises to carry out high-quality green innovation activities.The research conclusion enriches the study on the relationship between the advancement of digital technology and the green innovation of enterprises,and has important implications for seizing the opportunity window of the integration of digital and real economies to achieve a comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.更多还原
