【摘要】 [目的]本文工科本文生和谐师生关系构建策略，提升研究生培养质量。[方法]系统总结当前师生关系的主要类型与特点，梳理研究生培养中师生关系存在问题及其内在原因，以中南大学测绘科学与技术学科为例，介绍其师生关系建设的具体举措。[结果]当前工科研究生培养中师生关系存在的角色定位不明、管理认知不同、权责划分不细、成果归属不明等问题，需要在“以人为本”的理念支撑下，明确区分导师与研究生的角色定位，进而在日常管理中进行合理的权责划分，并对培养过程所产生的成果进行相应归属，不断提升工科研究生的培养水平。[结论]探索了“以人为本”理念支撑下的测绘类专业和谐师生关系构建策略，为其他院校与学科提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes] This study aims to explore strategies for building harmonious advisor-student relationships among engineering graduate students in order to improve the overall quality of graduate education.[Methods] The research systematically summarizes the main types and characteristics of current advisor-student relationships, identifies existing problems and underlying causes in the context of graduate education, and uses the discipline of Geomatics at Central South University as a case study to introduce practical measures for fostering constructive advisor-student dynamics.[Findings] Current issues in advisor-student relationships within engineering graduate education include unclear role definitions, divergent management perceptions, vague delineation of rights and responsibilities, and ambiguous attribution of academic outcomes.To address these challenges, it is necessary to adopt a “people-oriented” approach that clearly distinguishes between the roles of advisors and students, ensures a rational distribution of rights and responsibilities in daily management, and properly assigns authorship and ownership of research outcomes, thereby continuously enhancing the quality of engineering graduate training.[Conclusions] The study proposes a strategy for constructing harmonious advisor-student relationships in the field of Geomatics under a “people-oriented” framework, offering insights and practical implications for other disciplines and institutions.更多还原
