【摘要】 [目的]标准是规范行业作业流程、保障城市地下空间测绘成果质量的关键技术基础。针对我国城市地下空间领域的测绘地理信息标准较为零散，未形成完整体系，难以适配行业发展需求的问题，本研究旨在补齐标准体系短板，构建系统化标准框架。[方法]通过标准现状分析，解析城市地下空间测绘标准化对象，从信息流等角度构建标准体系框架。[结果]搭建的标准体系框架覆盖城市地下空间测绘全过程，标准层级划分清晰，且实现了各环节标准有效衔接。[结论]该体系具备系统性、协调性与前瞻性，可帮助标准管理、制定及使用主体从宏观把控行业标准化水平，保障标准布局科学合理，为城市地下空间信息化高质量发展提供有力支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes] Standards serve as the crucial technical foundation for regulating industry operation processes and ensuring the quality of urban underground space surveying and mapping achievements.Given the fragmented nature of surveying and mapping geographic information standards in China’s urban underground space sector, which have not yet formed a comprehensive system and struggle to align with industry development needs, this paper aims to address the shortcomings in the standard system and establish a systematic standard framework.[Methods] Through an analysis of the current status of standards, we delve into the standardized objects of urban underground space surveying and mapping, constructing a standard system framework from perspectives such as information flow.[Findings] The established standard system framework encompasses the entire process of urban underground space surveying and mapping, with clear standard hierarchy and effective standard integration across all stages.[Conclusions] This system is systematic, coordinated, and forward-looking, enabling standard management, formulation, and usage entities to macroscopically control the level of industry standardization, ensuring a scientific and reasonable standard layout, and providing robust support for the high-quality development of urban underground space informatization.更多还原
