基于空间形态的耕地质量评价与整治对策研究

【摘要】 针对当前研究缺少全面考虑空间形态对耕地利用效率和农田管理效率的影响的问题,该文引入了描述耕地空间形态的12个指标,构建了一种基于“几何-空间分布-地形”的耕地空间形态质量评价体系,丰富了耕地空间形态的内涵。利用层次分析法-熵权法、多指数加权求和模型、面积加权法、空间自相关分析方法,对卢龙县耕地的空间形态质量进行评价,并提出分区整治对策。结果表明,卢龙县耕地空间形态质量在图斑尺度上处于较高水平,而行政村尺度上各等级分布均衡,尺度效应表明优质耕地资源在行政村单元间存在分布不均现象;整体呈现“南高中低”的空间分布格局,并形成显著聚集,其中地形条件通过制约耕地连片性和规整性等表现出显著影响力;根据聚集特征将研究区划分为核心保护区、优先提升区、潜力储备区和农业转型区,建议针对不同分区制定因地制宜的耕地整治措施。

【Abstract】 In view of the problem that the current research lacks comprehensive consideration of the influence of spatial morphology on the utilization efficiency of cultivated land and the management efficiency of farmland, twelve indicators describing the spatial morphology of cultivated land were introduced, and a quality evaluation system of cultivated land spatial morphology based on “geometry-spatial distribution-topography” was proposed in this paper, enriching the connotation of cultivated land spatial form. The cultivated land in Lulong County was evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process-entropy weight method, multi-index weighted summation model, area-weighted method, and spatial autocorrelation analysis. Zoning-based remediation strategies were then proposed. The results showed that the spatial form quality of cultivated land in Lulong County was at a relatively high level at the patch scale, while the distribution of each grade was balanced at the administrative village scale. The scale effect indicated that there was an uneven distribution of high-quality cultivated land resources among administrative village units. The overall spatial distribution pattern was “high in the south, low in the center”,and it formed a significant aggregation. The topographic conditions showed a significant influence by restricting the contiguous and regular nature of cultivated land, etc. According to the aggregation characteristics, the study area was divided into core protection zone, priority improvement zone, potential reserve zone and agricultural transformation zone. It was suggested that the farmland improvement measures for different zones should be formulated according to local conditions.
