金属构件轴心受压整体及局部稳定性能虚拟仿真实验设计

【摘要】 金属构件轴心受压整体及局部稳定性能虚拟仿真实验是《高等学校土木工程本科专业指南》提出的实验领域的核心实践单元和知识技能点之一,是《钢结构基本原理》课程需要增加的钢结构基本构件实验之一。从实验预习、实验实施和实验分析3个方面,介绍了此实验的设计过程。实验预习包括实验教学目标、实验原理和实验步骤的学习;实验实施包括认识正交实验的因素与水平、选择正交实验组合、安装试件、开始实验和判断构件最终破坏形态;实验分析包括验算局部稳定性、验算刚度、计算整体稳定承载力和绘制柱子曲线。最后进行了成绩分布统计分析,并提出了改进意见。

【Abstract】 The virtual simulation experiment on the overall and local stability performance of metal components under axial compression is one of the core practical units and knowledge skill points in the experimental field proposed in the “Guide for Undergraduate Majors in Civil Engineering in Higher Education Institutions”.It is also one of the basic steel structure component experiments that need to be added to the “Fundamentals of Steel Structures” course.This experiment’s design process is introduced from three aspects: experiment preview, experiment implementation, and experiment analysis.Experiment preview includes learning about the experimental teaching objectives, experimental principles, and experimental steps.Experiment implementation includes understanding the factors and levels of orthogonal experiments, selecting orthogonal experimental combinations, installing test specimens, starting the experiment, and determining the final failure mode of the component.Experiment analysis includes checking the local stability, checking the stiffness, calculating the overall stability bearing capacity, and drawing the column curve.Finally, a statistical analysis of the score distribution was conducted, and suggestions for improvement were proposed.
