BIM集成技术在超高层建筑模板工程施工中的应用
Application of BIM integration technology in the construction of formwork for super high-rise buildings
【摘要】 模板工程施工中存在技术交底困难、多方协同障碍、模板组配效率低、支架监测时间不连续、施工过程潜在风险难以预测等诸多问题。以西安市某研发大厦项目为例,采用BIM技术构建三维数字模型,制作施工动画、配模图与材料清单,优化资源配置;同时,将BIM技术与IOT技术集成应用,实现模板支架的受力监测与变形预警。实践表明,BIM技术在模板工程施工中具有显著的应用价值,为模板工程实现信息化、精细化的施工管理提供技术参考。
【Abstract】 There are numerous challenges in formwork engineering construction, including difficulties in technical disclosure, obstacles to multi-party collaboration, low efficiency in formwork assembly, inconsistent monitoring time for supports, and unpredictable potential risks in the construction process.Taking a research and development building project in Xi’an as an example, BIM technology is employed to construct a three-dimensional digital model, produce construction animations, formwork assembly drawings, and material lists, and optimize resource allocation.Simultaneously, BIM technology is integrated with IOT technology to achieve force monitoring and deformation warning for formwork supports.Practice has shown that BIM technology has significant application value in formwork engineering construction, providing technical reference for achieving informationized and refined construction management in formwork engineering.
