AI赋能下氢能特色导向的《传热学》课程产教融合模式研究——基于吉林省氢能产业需求的分析

【摘要】 在全球能源绿色转型的背景下,氢能已成为战略性新兴产业。吉林省积极推进“氢动吉林”战略,这对传统《传热学》课程在内容前沿性、实践教学深度和复杂系统认知等方面提出了新的挑战。本研究构建了以“AI技术赋能,氢能特色引领”为核心的产教融合新模式。通过引入吉林省氢能产业中的典型传热案例,融合AI助教、AIGC可视化与数字孪生等智能教学手段,显著提升了复杂工程问题的教学效果。依托“虚实结合”实践平台、校企双导师制与多元评价体系,增强了学生的工程实践与创新能力。该模式解决了传统课程与产业发展不匹配的问题,为培养契合氢能产业的高素质工程人才提供了可借鉴的吉林方案。

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of the global green energy transition, hydrogen energy has emerged as a strategic emerging industry.Jilin Province is actively advancing its “Hydrogen-powered Jilin” strategy, presenting new challenges for traditional Heat Transfer courses in terms of content relevance, depth of practical instruction, and understanding of complex systems.This study establishes a new industry-education integration model centered on “AI-empowered, hydrogen-focused leadership”.By incorporating typical heat transfer cases from hydrogen industry in Jilin province and integrating intelligent teaching methods-including AI teaching assistants, AIGC visualization teaching, and digital twins, it significantly enhances teaching effectiveness for complex engineering problems.Leveraging a “virtual-physical integration” practice platform, a dual-mentor system involving both academic and industry mentors, and a diversified evaluation system, this model has strengthened students’ engineering practice and innovation capabilities.It addresses the mismatch between traditional curricula and industrial development, offering a Jilin-based solution for cultivating high-caliber engineering talent tailored to the hydrogen energy sector.
