【摘要】 环境饰变论是万德光先生创立的中药品质理论的核心学术思想之一，该理论指出环境塑造中药性状和代谢特质。在此理论指导下，团队聚焦药用生物在生长发育、成药以及治病过程中的宿主体内外环境微生物组的生态功能，开展了系列研究工作。研究内容涵盖药用植物、药用动物、中药材及人体四大微生态系统，并从基础理论、品质形成机制、生产流通调控、人药互作及方法学等维度创新构建了中药微生态学科知识体系。它不仅是传统中药品质思想的继承与深化，也为实现中药生态种植、精准加工、绿色贮藏，以及保障临床疗效提供了新的视野与技术策略，推动了中药研究从“成分-药效”模式向“生物-环境-微生物”系统生态模式的转型，具有重要的理论价值与应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Environmental Modification Theory stands as one of the core academic tenets of Professor Wang Deguang′s theory on Chinese Medicine quality, positing that the environment shapes the morphological traits and metabolic characteristics of medicinal materials. Guided by this theory, research team has focused on the ecological functions of host-associated microbiomes—both internal and external—during the growth and development of medicinal organisms, their maturation into medicinal products, and their therapeutic action in disease treatment. A series of systematic studies have been conducted, covering four major microecosystems: medicinal plants,medicinal animals, Chinese medicinal materials, and the human body. From multiple dimensions—including fundamental theory,mechanisms of quality formation, regulation of production and circulation, human-medicine interactions, and methodological innovation—we have constructed a novel disciplinary knowledge system for Chinese medicine microecology. This framework not only inherits and deepens traditional thought on the quality of Chinese medicine but also provides new perspectives and technical strategies for realizing ecological cultivation, precision processing, and green storage of medicinal materials, thereby ensuring clinical efficacy. Furthermore, it promotes a paradigm shift in Chinese medicine research from a " constituent-efficacy" model toward a systemic ecological model of " organism-environment-microbiome" interactions, demonstrating significant theoretical value and promising application prospects.更多还原
