【摘要】 万德光教授开创的中药品质理论体系提出“中药品质九大理论”，构建了涵盖遗传、环境、人文、市场全链条的中药品质研究范式，其中环境饰变论深刻揭示了生态因子对中药形态、化学与药效的可塑性影响机制。本文聚焦“环境饰变论”的核心论点，探讨其在现代中药研究中的发展与创新，并阐释该理论如何推动“中药品质生态学”这一新兴交叉学科的形成。“中药品质生态学”以生态学原理为指导，融合多组学、3S技术等现代研究方法，实现从单向环境饰变到“生物-环境”双向互作、从线性关联到系统整合、从定性描述到精准量化的研究维度跨越，形成了以“六大基本思想”为核心的理论体系，以及“品相-品质-品效”三品逻辑链与“三因三适”实践方法论。本文通过理论梳理与案例解析，展现了中药品质研究从传统经验到现代科学的演进路径，为中药资源可持续利用、道地药材品质保障及中医药现代化发展提供了理论支撑与实践指引。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor Wan Deguang pioneered a comprehensive theoretical framework for the quality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), proposing the " Nine Theories of TCM Quality", establishing a research paradigm for TCM quality covering the entire chain of genetics, environment, humanities, and markets. Among these, the Environmental Modification Theory profoundly reveals the plastic influence mechanism of ecological factors on the morphology, chemical composition, and efficacy of TCM. This paper focuses on the core arguments of the Environmental Modification Theory, explores its development and innovation in modern TCM research, and elaborates on how this theory promotes the formation of Quality Ecology on Chinese Medicines(QECM), an emerging interdisciplinary discipline. Guided by ecological principles, QECM integrates modern research methods such as multi-omics and 3S technologies, achieving a leap in research dimensions from unidirectional environmental modification to bidirectional " organism-environment" interaction, from linear correlation to systematic integration, and from qualitative description to precise quantification. It has formed a theoretical system centered on the " six fundamental principles", as well as the " Appearance-Quality-Efficacy" logical chain and the practical methodology of " Three Factors and Three Adaptations". Through theoretical collation and case analysis, this paper demonstrates the evolutionary path of TCM quality research from traditional experience to modern science, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable utilization of TCM resources, the quality assurance ofDao-di herbs, and the modernization of TCM.更多还原
