【摘要】 目的：编制基于CIPP评价模式的大学生劳动教育参与评价问卷并检验其信效度，为系统化评估大学生劳动教育参与水平提供工具。方法：以CIPP评价模式中的成果评价作为研究总体框架，以自我决定理论为理论支撑，通过系统的文献研究，基于自我决定理论所提出的自主性、胜任感、关系需求三大核心需求维度，初步梳理并构建评价指标初始题项池，以本科生为样本，通过SPSS完成项目分析、探索性因子分析（EFA）及信度分析，借助AMOS开展验证性因子分析（CFA）检验结构效度。结果：经EFA筛选后，问卷最终保留3维度18题项，累计方差解释率达68.581%;CFA显示模型拟合良好（χ~2/df=3.071,TLI=0.974, CFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.045, SRMR=0.025）；总问卷及各维度的Cronbach’s α系数、组合信度均达标，聚合效度与区分效度也符合测量学规范。结论：本问卷信效度良好，符合测量学标准，可作为大学生劳动教育参与水平的测评工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a questionnaire for evaluating college students’ participation in labor education based on the CIPP evaluation model and test its reliability and validity, providing a tool for systematically assessing the participation level of college students in labor education. Methods: This study takes the outcome evaluation of the CIPP evaluation model as its overall research framework and adopts Self-Determination Theory as the theoretical support. Through a systematic literature review, it initially sorts out and constructs an initial item pool of evaluation indicators based on the three core psychological needs proposed by Self-Determination Theory: autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Using undergraduate students as the sample, the study conducts item analysis, exploratory factor analysis(EFA), and reliability analysis via SPSS, and performs confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) with AMOS to test the structural validity. Results: After screening by EFA, the questionnaire consisted of 18 questions in 3 dimensions, and the cumulative variance explanation rate reached 68.581%. CFA shows that the model fits well(χ2/df=3.071, TLI=0.974, CFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.045, SRMR=0.025); The Cronbach’s α coefficients and composite reliability of the total questionnaire and each dimension have all met the standards, and the convergent validity and discriminant validity are also consistent with psychometric norms. Conclusion: This questionnaire has good reliability and validity, conforms to the measurement standards, and can be used as an assessment tool for college students’ participation level in labor education.更多还原
