【摘要】 新时代背景下，高校中医药博物馆作为传承中华优秀传统文化的重要载体，在文化育人方面具有独特价值和实践意义。本文以成都中医药大学博物馆为例，基于其实践经验，从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化与行为文化等多维文化资源的系统整合出发，探讨中医药博物馆文化育人的创新路径与实践策略。成都中医药大学博物馆注重以目标为导向的育人整体设计，通过构建多元协同的育人支撑体系，建立以学生为本的长效持续机制，将博物馆文化育人融入学校“三全育人”体系，持续推进中医药文化沉浸式体验与互动式传播，以实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一。成都中医药大学博物馆的实践探索表明，高校中医药博物馆能够有效激活中医药文化资源，成为培育文化自信、涵养时代新人的重要阵地，为新时代中医药文化育人提供了可资借鉴的经验与路径范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) museums of universities, serving as vital carriers for inheriting China’s excellent traditional culture, possess unique value and practical significance in cultural education. Taking the museum of Chengdu University of TCM as an example, this paper draws on its practical experience to explore innovative pathways and practical strategies for cultural education within TCM museums. This exploration is grounded in the systematic integration of multidimensional cultural resources, encompassing material, spiritual, institutional, and behavioral culture. The museum emphasizes goal-oriented educational design, constructs a multi-collaborative support system for education, and establishes a long-term and sustainable student-centered mechanism. It integrates museum-based cultural education into the university’s "Three-wide Education" system(all-round, entire process, and all members), continuously advancing immersive experiences and interactive dissemination of TCM culture. This aims to achieve an organic unity of knowledge impartation and value guidance. The practical explorations of the Chengdu University of TCM Museum demonstrate that university TCM museums can effectively activate TCM cultural resources, becoming important platforms for fostering cultural confidence and nurturing well-rounded newcomers of the era. These practices provide valuable experiences and paradigmatic pathways for TCM cultural education in the new era.更多还原
