某型特种电机水冷回路焊缝裂纹安全计算
Safety calculation of weld crack in water cooling circuit for certain-type motor
【摘要】 本文首先描述了水冷回路的结构尺寸和裂纹形貌并分析了水冷回路的受力情况;再用仿真分析方法确定了水冷回路盖板的受力情况并从线弹性断裂力学的角度出发,通过《应力强度因子手册》对水冷回路上裂纹的应力强度因子进行了计算并采用最大环向拉应力准则对裂纹的安全性进行了校核;最后通过反复试算得出该工况下裂纹的极限高度。
【Abstract】 This paper first describes the structural dimensions and crack morphology of the water-cooling circuit and analyzes its stress conditions. Subsequently, a simulation method is employed to determine the stress distribution on the cover plate of the water-cooling circuit. From the perspective of linear elastic fracture mechanics, the stress intensity factors(SIFs) of the cracks are calculated using the 《Stress Intensity Factor Handbook 》, and the safety of the cracks is evaluated using the maximum circumferential tensile stress criterion. Finally, iterative calculations are performed to determine the critical crack height under the given operating conditions.
