基于LCA的高速公路建设期碳排放计算方法综述

【摘要】 当前能源紧张和大气污染已成为人类生存所必须面对的两大突出问题,低碳排放和能源节约是全社会关注的焦点。从全生命周期评价理论(LCA)、碳排放计算方法、高速公路建设期碳排放计算框架、LCA碳排放因子数据库与标准等四方面的研究现状进行归纳与综述,结果表明:LCA理论被广泛运用至公路交通领域中计算碳排放;对于高速公路建设期而言,常用基于过程的全生命周期评价理论(P-LCA)界定系统边界;主流高速公路建设期碳排放计算方法为排放系数法,综合分析各地近年来开展的计算案例,计算边界与标准不统一,导致碳排放强度跨度较大,参考性较弱;国内外碳排放因子数据库与标准多为通用数据库,面向行业较多、方向分散,对高速公路建设期的针对性不强,同一类材料的因子值相差较大。

【Abstract】 At present, energy shortage and air pollution have become two prominent problems that human beings must face for survival. Low carbon emissions and energy conservation are the focus of the whole society. The research status of four aspects, including life cycle assessment theory(LCA), carbon emission calculation method, carbon emission calculation method during highway construction period, LCA carbon emission factor database and standard, is summarized and reviewed. The results show that LCA theory is widely used to calculate carbon emissions in the field of highway transportation; for the highway construction period, the process-based life cycle assessment theory(P-LCA) is often used to define the system boundary; the mainstream highway construction period carbon emission calculation method is the emission coefficient method. Comprehensive analysis of calculation cases carried out in various places in recent years shows that the calculation boundary and standard are not unified, resulting in a large span of carbon emission intensity and weak reference; domestic and foreign carbon emission factor databases and standards are mostly general databases, facing more industries and scattered directions, not strong in the highway construction period, and the factor values of the same type of materials vary greatly.
