【摘要】 针对武当山茶原料分级不明、品质参差不齐等问题，研究基于团体标准《武当山茶：绿茶》（T/WDSCM 001—2024），通过样品采集、拼配与专家审评等流程，成功研制出精品级、特级、一级、二级共4个等级的武当山茶实物标准样品。经检验，各等级样品分级合理、均匀性与稳定性良好，理化指标均符合标准要求。该实物标准样品填补了武当山茶实物标准领域的空白，为生产、流通与质量监管提供了统一的等级判定依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In response to the issues of unclear grading and inconsistent quality of Wudang Mountain tea raw materials,we developed four grades of physical standard samples of Wudang Mountain tea based on the group standard "Wudang Mountain Tea: Green Tea"(T/WDSCM 001—2024), namely premium grade, special grade, first grade, and second grade.This was achieved through processes such as sample collection, blending, and expert review. After inspection, the samples of all grades were found to have reasonable classification, good uniformity and stability, and the physicochemical indicators met the standard requirements. These physical standard samples filled the gap in the field of physical standards for Wudang Mountain tea and provided a unified basis for grade determination in production, circulation and quality supervision.更多还原
