【摘要】 以优质、高产、抗逆性强为主要育种目标，培育具有特色的优质绿茶品种，对打造区域茶叶品牌具有重要意义。研究采用单株选育法，培育出茶树新品种桂茗3号。2016年至2021年的品比试验和区域试验表明：该品种属于灌木型、小叶类、早生种；内含成分丰富，一芽二叶春梢氨基酸含量为4.3%、茶多酚含量19.9%、水浸出物含量48.4%；制绿茶品质优异；抗寒性、抗旱性强，抗茶炭疽病。在桂茗3号绿茶样品中共鉴定出39种香气成分，以醇类含量最高，达到34.96%；其次是酯类物质，含量为28.02%。香气成分中排名前三的物质分别为顺-己酸-3-己烯酯（16.99%）、顺-β-罗勒烯（12.34%）、橙花叔醇（11.44%）。研究表明，桂茗3号是高产、优质、高抗的优良茶树新品种，适宜在广西桂林、横州市、钦州、河池等茶区种植推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 The primary breeding objectives were high quality, high yield and strong stress resistance, aiming to develop a premium green tea cultivar with distinctive characteristics, which is of great significance for constructing a regional tea brand. Using the individual plant selection method, a new tea cultivar, ’Guiming 3’ was bred from the sexually propagated population of Jiukeng(Camellia sinensis). Comparative and regional trials conducted from 2016 to 2021 demonstrate that ’Guiming 3’ is a shrub-type, small-leaf, early-sprouting cultivar. It exhibits rich biochemical components,with amino acids of 4.3%, tea polyphenols of 19.9% and water extracts of 48.4% in its spring one-bud-two-leaf shoots.The tea produced from this cultivar shows excellent quality, particularly for green tea production. It also demonstrates strong cold and drought resistance, as well as resistance to tea anthracnose. A total of 39 aroma compounds were identified in ’Guiming 3’ green tea, with alcohols being the most abundant(34.96%), followed by esters(28.02%). The key aroma components included cis-3-hexenyl hexanoate(16.99%), cis-β-ocimene(12.34%) and nerolidol(11.44%). ’Guiming 3’is a high-yielding, high-quality and highly resistant tea cultivar, suitable for cultivation and promotion in tea-growing regions such as Guilin, Hengzhou, Qinzhou and Hechi in Guangxi, China.更多还原
