智慧出行的价值逻辑及设计实现路径研究

【摘要】 目的 针对智慧出行系统中存在的“价值感知错位”问题,透视其背后的价值转化机理,通过解构技术潜能来锚定用户价值获得感,试图确立一套提升出行服务体验的价值逻辑,并解决当前智慧出行系统中的痛点。方法 在工程技术与设计学的学科之间寻找平衡,跨学科整合服务设计与系统工程,提出了“价值定义-行为交互-系统实现”的深度映射模型。该模型以微观的用户出行意图和情景为价值起点,整合了多源数据的流动逻辑与智能算法的决策机制并强调了自然交互界面的中介作用。由此推演出“需求动态适配”四步递进路径并辅以设计实践验证其可行性。结论 智慧出行的核心价值并非技术的简单堆砌,而是基于对用户行为深度洞察后的多维价值共创。这种价值的实现,本质上依赖于信息互动的高可靠性与界面表达的自然延伸。本文所确立的模型与路径,超越了传统的功能性叙事,为构建行为导向、体验一致的未来出行生态,提供了底层逻辑支撑及方法论上的指导。

【Abstract】 Focusing on the "value perception misalignment" in smart mobility systems, the work aims to examine the underlying mechanism of value transformation and establish a logical framework that supports the enhancement of value experience in mobility services and addresses current pain points in smart mobility systems by deconstructing technological potential to anchor users’ sense of value gain. By seeking balance between engineering technology and design disciplines and integrating service design and systems engineering across fields, a multi-level mapping model of "value definition–behavior interaction–system implementation" was proposed. Starting from micro-level user travel intentions and scenarios as the value foundation, the model incorporated the flow logic of multi-source data and the decision-making mechanisms of intelligent algorithms, while emphasizing the mediating role of natural interactive interfaces. From this, a four-step progressive path of "dynamic demand adaptation" was derived, supported by design practice to verify its feasibility. The core value of smart mobility lies not in the mere accumulation of technology, but in multidimensional value co-creation based on deep insight into user behavior. The realization of this value fundamentally relies on the high reliability of information interaction and the natural extension of interface expression. The model and pathway established in this work go beyond traditional functional narratives, providing underlying logical support and methodological guidance for building a behavior-oriented, consistently experiential future mobility ecosystem.
