适用于高龄用户的多感官交互药品包装设计研究

【摘要】 目的 我国进入深度老龄化社会,高龄用户因视力、记忆力及手部灵活性下降,用药过程中面临识别困难和操作不便。本研究通过多感官交互设计,优化药品包装的适老化性能,提高用药便利性与安全性,减少误用风险,提升老年人生活质量。方法 研究结合高龄用户的生理特点和心理需求,分析视觉、触觉及听觉在药品包装设计中的应用,借助调研与数据分析识别设计痛点。通过优化结构、材质和信息呈现方式,引入色彩对比、触觉提示及语音提醒功能,验证其改善用户体验的效果。结果 优化设计显著提升了信息可视性和操作便捷性。高对比度色彩与易读字体增强信息清晰度;防滑材质和按压式开启设计减少操作难度;语音提示帮助用户掌握用药剂量和时间。研究表明,这些改进降低了用药错误率,提高了老年人用药的信心和舒适度。结论 适老化药品包装设计显著改善了高龄用户用药体验。未来应结合数字化与智能化技术,提升多感官交互水平,提供便捷、安全、具人文关怀的用药解决方案,助力应对老龄化社会的需求。

【Abstract】 As China enters a deeply aging society, elderly users face difficulties in identifying and manipulating medications due to declining vision, memory, and hand flexibility. The work aims to optimize the aging-friendly performance of pharmaceutical packaging through multi-sensory interaction design, so as to enhance medication convenience and safety, reducing misuse risks, and improve the quality of life for the elderly. By integrating the physiological characteristics and psychological needs of elderly users, the application of vision, touch, and hearing in pharmaceutical packaging design was analyzed, the design pain points were identified through research and data analysis. Optimizations included enhanced structural design, materials, and information presentation, incorporating color contrast, tactile cues, and voice reminders to verify their effectiveness in improving user experience. Results showed significant improvements in information visibility and operational ease. High-contrast colors and readable fonts enhanced information clarity; non-slip materials and push-to-open designs reduced operational difficulty; and voice prompts assisted users in managing dosage and timing. These improvements decreased medication error rates and increased elderly users’ confidence and comfort. In conclusion, aging-friendly pharmaceutical packaging design significantly improves medication experience for elderly users. Future efforts should integrate digital and intelligent technologies to enhance multi-sensory interaction, providing convenient, safe, and humane medication solutions to address the needs of an aging society.
