【摘要】 双心疾病是心脏心理共病，其在心血管疾病人群中的发病率以及误诊率、漏诊率较高，积极探索对其的治疗方法具有重大的临床意义。双心疾病患者胆腑郁热、三焦水饮内停、心脉壅塞不通，导致情志异常与心系疾病同时发生。“少阳为枢”理论出自中医经典《黄帝内经》，指出少阳作为枢纽的重要地位，对双心疾病临床诊疗有一定的启示意义。从“少阳为枢”角度出发，通过探讨在胆腑、三焦、心脉三个方面双心疾病病机和柴胡类方对其的治疗原理，以期对双心疾病的临床治疗有一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cardiopsychological disease is a psychological comorbidity of the heart, and its incidence, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate are high in the cardiovascular disease population, and it is of great clinical significance to actively explore its treatment. Patients with cardiopsychological disease have depressed gallbladder fever, retention of fluid in the San Jiao, and obstruction of the heart vessels, resulting in the simultaneous occurrence of emotional abnormalities and cardiovascular diseases. The theory of ‘Shaoyang as the pivot’ comes from the traditional Chinese medicine classic Huangdi Neijing, which points out the important position of Shaoyang as a hub, which has certain enlightening significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. From the perspective of ‘Shaoyang as the pivot’, this paper discusses the pathogenesis of cardiopsychological disease in the three aspects of gallbladder, the San Jiao and the heart vessels, and the treatment principle of Chaihu formulas, in order to have some help for the clinical treatment of cardiopsychological disease.更多还原
