【摘要】 针灸作为一种能治疗以及预防缺血性脑卒中的传统中医治疗手段，现广泛应用于临床中，督脉腧穴治疗脑卒中在《针灸大成》《黄帝内经》及《金匮要略》均有记载，因此，针灸督脉为主治疗缺血性脑卒中具有丰富的理论基础。近几年，越来越多的研究印证了针灸督脉能通过减轻炎性反应、促进神经再生、促进血管再生、调节自噬、改善血液流变学、减轻水肿等方面调节脑的生理病理状态以治疗缺血性脑卒中，具有科学依据。笔者通过总结针灸督脉为主治疗缺血性脑卒中的古今研究、针刺方法、常用的穴位以及磁共振成像技术在针灸督脉治疗缺血性脑卒中的应用4个方面，探索出基于针灸督脉为基础，提高针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效的新方法及新方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acupuncture and moxibustion, as a traditional Chinese medicine treatment that can treat and prevent ischemic stroke, is now widely used in clinical practice. The treatment of stroke by Dumai acupoints has been recorded in Zhenjiu Dacheng, Huangdi Neijing and Jingui Yaolue. Therefore, acupuncture and moxibustion on Dumai has a rich theoretical basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke. In recent years, more and more studies have confirmed that acupuncture and moxibustion on the Dumai can regulate the physiological and pathological state of the brain by reducing inflammatory reaction, promoting nerve regeneration, promoting angiogenesis, regulating autophagy, improving hemorheology, reducing edema and other aspects to treat ischemic stroke, which has scientific basis. By summarizing the ancient and modern research, acupuncture methods, commonly used acupoints and the application of magnetic resonance imaging technology in the treatment of ischemic stroke with acupuncture and moxibustion on the Dumai, the author explores a new method and new direction to improve the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on ischemic stroke based on acupuncture and moxibustion on the Dumai.更多还原
