【摘要】 陈逊斋为民国伤寒专家，其学术思想在代表作《伤寒论改正并注》中均有体现。他脉诊经验丰富，脉学思想法宗张仲景，衷中参西。陈逊斋基于脉象-血管理论释脉，认为仲景脉法源自《黄帝内经》《难经》，强调仲景脉法与八纲相应，善于以浮沉迟数理论辨八纲，以八纲脉证定六经，以脉象重脾胃津液及传变预后。笔者基于《伤寒论改正并注》对其脉学思想进行探析阐述，以助更全面细致地辨证、确诊病机，更好地发挥脉诊在临床实践中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 CHEN Xunzhai was a typhoid expert in the Republic of China, his academic thoughts are reflected in his representative work, Correcting and Annotating of Treatise on Cold Damage Disease. He had rich experience in pulse diagnosis, and his pulse thought was based on the method of ZHANG Zhongjing, which emphasized on clinical practice. CHEN Xunzhai’s interpretation of pulse based on pulse-vessel theory; that ZHANG Zhongjing’s pulse method originated from Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing, emphasized that Zhongjing’s pulse method corresponded to the eight principles, identified the eight principles by the theory of floating, sunken, slow, rapid pulse, determined the six-meridian by the eight principles of pulse, emphasized the fluid and humor of spleen-stomach by the pulse and valued the prognosis of pulse transmission and change. Based on the Correcting and Annotating of Treatise on Cold Damage Disease, the author analyzes and explains his thoughts on pulse diagnosis to help identify and diagnose the disease in a more comprehensive and detailed way, and to better play the important role of pulse diagnosis in clinical practice.更多还原
