【摘要】 目的:探究韦氏三联九针治疗后视路疾病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究设计,纳入32例患者分为试验组(16例,脱失1例)与对照组(16例,脱失2例)。两组均予基础药物治疗,试验组加用韦氏三联九针(每周连续针刺5 d,持续4周)。比较治疗前、治疗4周后两组患者的视力、视野及视觉相关生活质量量表评分(NEI-VFQ-25)的差异。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗4周后,两组患者平均视野缺损度(MD值)显著降低,平均视野灵敏度(MS值)显著升高(P<0.05),且试验组MD值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MS值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者NEI-VFQ-25中眼痛评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:韦氏三联九针可有效改善后视路疾病患者视野的视野缺损及眼痛症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of WEIs’ triple nine-needle treatment of posterior vision diseases.Methods:A randomized controlled study design was adopted,and 32 patients were divided into the experimental group(16 cases,1 case was missing) and the control group(16 cases,2 cases were missing).Both groups were treated with basic medication,and the experimental group additionally received WEIs’ triple nine needles(acupuncture for 5 consecutive days a week for 4 weeks).The differences in vision,visual field and vision-related quality of life scale scores(NEI-VFQ-25) were compared between the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,the average visual field defect(MD value) of patients in both groups was significantly reduced,and the average visual field sensitivity(MS value) was significantly increased(P<0.05).The MD value of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the MS value was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the NEI-VFQ-25 eye pain score of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:WEIs’ triple nine-needle therapy can effectively improve visual field defect and eye pain symptoms in patients with posterior epiphysis disease.更多还原
