【摘要】 目的 总结造血干细胞移植并发胃肠道移植物抗宿主病患者管理的最佳证据，为临床护理工作提供循证依据。方法 检索国内外数据库、血液和骨髓移植相关学会网站中关于造血干细胞移植并发胃肠道移植物抗宿主病患者管理的相关证据，检索时限为建库至2026年2月。结果 筛选后纳入文献共计19篇，包括3篇临床决策、1篇推荐实践、4篇指南、7篇专家共识、4篇证据总结。从8个方面即多学科合作、影响因素、评估监测、诊断鉴别、症状管理、饮食营养、用药指导、健康教育总结了25条最佳证据。结论 总结了造血干细胞移植并发胃肠道移植物抗宿主病患者管理相关证据，可为临床医护人员提供循证依据，建议其结合临床实际情况和患者意愿进行应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the best evidence for the management of patients with gastrointestinal graft-versushost disease after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and provide evidence-based references for clinical nursing work.Methods A systematic search was conducted for relevant evidence on the management of patients with gastrointestinal graft-versus-host disease after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from domestic and foreign databases,as well as websites of blood and bone marrow transplantation related societies. The search period was from the establishment of the database until February 2026. Results After screening,a total of 19 articles were included,encompassing 3 clinical decisions,1 recommended practice,4 guidelines,7 expert consensuses,and 4 evidence summaries. Twenty-five pieces of best evidence were summarized across 8 aspects: multidisciplinary collaboration,influencing factors,assessment and monitoring,diagnostic differentiation,symptom management,dietary nutrition,medication guidance,and health education. Conclusion Summarizing the relevant evidence on the management of patients with gastrointestinal graft-versus-host disease after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can provide evidence-based support for clinical medical staff,and it is recommended to apply it in combination with clinical practice and patient wishes.更多还原
