【摘要】 探究中国科学院科技期刊出版伦理规范化建设现状，为构建适用于我国的出版伦理规范体系提供参考。本文采用数据统计分析和内容分析法，梳理了中国科学院科技期刊出版伦理规范化建设的基本情况、出版伦理规范框架以及出版伦理失范行为调查与处理举措。研究指出，现存问题包括科技期刊对出版伦理建设缺乏足够重视、围绕期刊出版全流程的伦理规范不完整、出版伦理失范行为调查处理缺乏规范性。为此，科技期刊需要提升对出版伦理规范化建设的重视程度，建立全面系统的出版伦理规范体系，完善出版伦理失范行为的调查处理程序。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the current state of publication ethics standardization in sci-tech journals affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences( CAS), aiming to provide foundational references for establishing a domestically applicable publication ethics framework. Through statistical data analysis and qualitative content analysis methodologies, this study examines three core dimensions: the baseline status of publication ethics standardization in CAS journals, the structural composition of existing ethical guidelines, and institutional mechanisms for investigating and addressing ethical violations. Key challenges identified include inadequate emphasis on publication ethics among editorial teams,fragmented ethical norms failing to cover the entire publishing lifecycle,and non-standardized protocols for handling misconduct cases. The findings necessitate that sci-tech journals strengthen systematic attention to ethical standardization, develop comprehensive and operationally coherent ethical frameworks,and establish formalized procedures for the investigation and resolution of publication ethics violations.更多还原
