【摘要】 延安时期（1935-1948），党的纪律建设实现从侧重伦理自律到革命伦理与刚性制度互为支撑的深刻转变，奠定了中国共产党纪律制度化的理论与实践重要基础。面对局部执政下的组织危机与治理需求，党以中国化马克思主义纪律观为指引，通过整风运动重塑纪律伦理认同，依托七大党章等党内法规完善刚性约束体系，协同推动纪律制度化转型实践，这一探索创造性融合法理型权威的程序理性与群众监督的民主政治原则，塑造了中国特色的纪律执行范式，显著提升了党在革命时期的凝聚力和战斗力。延安经验昭示：新时代全面从严治党必须坚持系统观念，通过厚植价值认同以固本培元，完善党内法规体系以强化刚性约束，健全监督网络以增强制度权威，为中国式现代化提供坚强纪律保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the Yan’an period(1935-1948),the Communist Party of China’s disciplinary development underwent a profound transformation—from an emphasis on ethical self-discipline to mutually reinforcing relationship between revolutionary ethics and rigid institutional mechanisms.This transformation laid a crucial theoretical and practical foundation for the institutionalization of Party discipline.Facing organizational crises and governance demands under localized rule,the Party,guided by a sinicized Marxist perspective on discipline,reshaped ethical identification with Party discipline through the Rectification Movement,while strengthening a system of rigid constraints by relying on intra-Party regulations such as the Party Constitution adopted at the Seventh National Congress.These coordinated efforts advanced the institutionalization of Party discipline by creatively integrating the procedural rationality of a distinct form of legal-rational authority with the democratic political principle of mass supervision,thereby forming a uniquely Chinese paradigm of disciplinary enforcement that significantly enhanced the Party’s cohesion and ability during the revolutionary era.The Yan’an experience demonstrates that exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance in the new era,it is imperative to adopt a systemic approach—fostering value identification to consolidate the Party’s foundational ethos,improving the intra-Party regulatory framework to strengthen rigid constraints,and refining the oversight network to enhance institutional authority—so as to provide a strong disciplinary safeguard for the Chinese path to modernization.更多还原
