【摘要】 在教育强国建设战略背景下，教师党支部党建与业务深度融合是应用型大学落实党的教育方针、提升育人质量、破解党建和业务“两张皮”难题的关键路径，其内涵要义体现在融合理念、融合方法、融合机制3个核心层面。当前，工作实践中存在融合理念层级递减、融合方法创新乏力、保障机制协同不足等问题。为了实现党建与业务互融互促，以高质量党建引领高质量发展，本文从3个方面提出应用型大学教师党支部党建与业务深度融合的实践路径:坚持问题导向，树牢融合理念，破解“上热中温下凉”困局;秉持系统观念，创新融合方法，化解“想干不会干”难题;强化组织推动，建强融合机制，突破“想干不好干”瓶颈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the strategic background of building a strong education nation,the in-depth integration of Party building work in the teachers’ Party branches of application-oriented universities with their professional work is a crucial path for implementing the Party’s education policy,improving the quality of education,and solving the problem of the “separation between Party building and professional work ”. Its connotation and essence are reflected in three core aspects: the concept of integration,the methods of integration,and the mechanism of integration. However,in current practice,there are issues such as a hierarchical decline in the concept of integration,a lack of innovation in integration methods,and insufficient coordination in the guarantee mechanism.To achieve the mutual integration and promotion of Party building and professional work,and to lead high-quality development with high-quality Party building,this paper proposes practical paths for the in-depth integration of Party building and professional work in teachers’ Party branches of application-oriented universities from three aspects: adhering to the problem-oriented approach,firmly establishing the concept of integration,and breaking the dilemma of “enthusiasm at the top,moderate engagement in the middle,and apathy at the bottom ”;upholding the systematic concept,innovating integration methods,and resolving the problem of “wanting to do but not knowing how to do”; and strengthening organizational promotion,improving the integration mechanism,and breaking through the bottleneck of “wanting to do but not being able to do well”.更多还原
