“AI助教”进入高校课堂的角色定位与协同教学模型研究

【摘要】 随着生成式人工智能技术的迅猛发展,大型语言模型(LLM)如ChatGPT、文心一言等正逐步渗透到高等教育领域。本研究旨在探索“AI助教”在高校课堂中的合理角色定位,并构建一个有效的人机协同教学模型。研究通过阐述AI助教作为个性化辅导者、流程自动化专家、内容生成助手和思维激发伙伴的四重角色,并在此基础上提出了“课前-课中-课后”全流程协同教学模型。最后,本研究讨论了该模型面临的挑战(如伦理问题、技术依赖)及其应对策略,以期为人工智能时代的高校教学改革提供理论参考与实践路径。

【Abstract】 With the rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence, large language models(LLMs) —such as ChatGPT and ERNIE Bot—are increasingly integrated into higher education. This study explores the appropriate role positioning of “AI teaching assistants” and proposes an effective human-AI collaborative teaching model. Specifically, AI teaching assistants are conceptualized in four complementary roles: personalized tutors, process automation experts, content generation assistants, and critical thinking catalysts. Building on this framework, a full-cycle collaborative teaching model spanning pre-class, in-class, and post-class phases is developed. The study further addresses key challenges—including ethical concerns and overreliance on technology—and outlines corresponding mitigation strategies. The proposed model aims to provide both theoretical insights and practical guidance for teaching reform in the era of artificial intelligence.
