【摘要】 我国辣椒品种丰富、用途广泛，具有较高的经济价值。通过系统分析近年来我国辣椒产业发展现状，在认清产业发展形式的基础上，总结出我国辣椒产业未来发展的三大趋势：种植环节趋于机械化、智能化、规模化；产业链融合趋于高效化、组织化、紧密化；消费市场趋于高端化、多元化、健康化。为此，要突破关键技术瓶颈，建设大数据服务平台；培育龙头企业，深化产业链融合；响应消费升级，满足多元市场需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 China boasts a rich variety of dried chili peppers with wide applications and high economic value.Through a systematic analysis of the current development status of China′s dried chili pepper industry in recent years,and based on a clear understanding of the industry′s dynamics,three major future development trends were summarized,the cultivation segment was trending towards mechanization,intelligence,and scale;industrial chain integration was moving towards enhanced efficiency,organization,and cohesion;and the consumer market was shifting towards premiumization,diversification,and health consciousness.To address this,it was necessary to overcome key technological bottlenecks and build big data service platforms;cultivate leading enterprises and deepen industrial chain integration;and respond to consumption upgrading to meet diverse market demands.更多还原
