高通量转录组测序技术在柞蚕病害上的应用与展望

【摘要】 高通量转录组测序技术能够全面、系统地在整体水平上解析生物样本中所有RNA分子的种类、数量和序列信息,已成为昆虫基因研究的重要工具,广泛应用于揭示特定条件下昆虫的分子调控机制和生理生化变化。本文简要阐述了转录组测序技术的基本原理、技术流程与优势,并结合柞蚕病害分类,系统综述了高通量转录组测序技术在柞蚕病害研究中的应用,并对当前存在的问题和未来研究趋势进行了展望。

【Abstract】 High-throughput transcriptome sequencing technology can comprehensively and systematically analyze the type, quantity and sequence information of all RNA molecules in biological samples at the overall level.It has become an important tool for insect gene research and is widely used to reveal the molecular regulation mechanism and physiological and biochemical changes of insects under specific physiological and pathological conditions.In this paper, the basic principles, technical processes and advantages of transcriptome sequencing technology were briefly described, and the application of high-throughput transcriptome sequencing technology in the study of Antharaea pernyi diseases was reviewed in combination with the classification system of A.pernyi diseases.The existing problems and future research trends were prospected.
