【Abstract】 Human civilization is now confronted with severe developmental disharmony. Addressing this issue necessitates the advancement of relational civilization. Relational civilization refers to the positive outcomes produced in the practice process of establishing and improving human relations. The emergence of relational civilization signifies the expansion and extension of human civilization into the realm of human relations, as well as the overall progress and elevation of human relations, particularly social relations, toward a civilizational realm. The practice foundation of relational civilization lies in the production and reproduction of human relations. Leading the people in the practice of modernization construction, our Party has demonstrated a distinct philosophy and commitment to promoting the construction of relational civilization. Relational civilization has expanded and enriched the new form of human civilization, thus endowing it with new quality. Relational civilization carries epistemological and methodological connotations as a whole. The proposition and construction of relational civilization are of very important theoretical and practical significance.
