【摘要】 目的：对针灸治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的MAs/SRs(Meta-Analyses/Systematic Reviews)进行方法学质量和证据质量等级的综合评价。方法：对维普数据库（VIP）、中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库（Wanfang）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（CBM）及PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库中收录的针灸治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的MAs/SRs进行检索，检索时限均为建库至2024年12月。方法学质量评估工具为AMSTAR 2，证据质量评估工具为GRADE系统。结果：本文纳入18篇MAs/SRs。根据AMSTAR 2量表评估，纳入的18篇MAs/SRs的方法学质量均为极低。根据GRADE系统评估，共纳入结局指标46个，其中高等质量1个，低质量5个，极低质量40个。结论：针灸作为一种传统疗法，在治疗脑卒中后偏瘫中取得了一定的疗效，但近年针灸治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的MAs/SRs质量偏低，未来需要更多的高水平的MAs/SRs对相关研究进行验证，临床应用需谨慎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the methodological quality and evidence quality of Meta-Analyses/Systematic Reviews(MAs/SRs) on acupuncture for post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:MAs/SRs focusing on acupuncture for post-stroke hemiplegia were retrieved from VIP,CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,and Web of Science databases,with the search period up to December 2024.The Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR 2) was used to evaluate methodological quality,and the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE) system was applied for evidence quality assessment.Results:A total of 18 MAs/SRs were included.The methodological quality of all included studies was rated as "very low" by the AMSTAR 2 scale.According to the GRADE system,46 outcome indicators were evaluated,among which 1 was of high quality,5 were of low quality,and 40 were of very low quality.Conclusion:As a traditional therapy,acupuncture has shown certain efficacy in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia.However,the overall quality of MAs/SRs on acupuncture for this condition in recent years is low.In the future,more high-quality MAs/SRs are required to verify relevant research findings,and clinical application of acupuncture for post-stroke hemiplegia should be conducted cautiously.更多还原
