【摘要】 目的：探讨时间目标管理联合便携式急救箱在住院癫痫患儿发作急救中的应用效果。方法：选取120例住院癫痫患儿，采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各60例患儿。对照组给予常规癫痫发作急救护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施时间目标管理并联合便携式急救箱开展急救。对比两组急救处置时间、跌倒坠床及窒息发生率、儿童焦虑情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评分、家长护理满意度。结果：观察组急救处置时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患儿跌倒坠床、窒息发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患儿焦虑评分低于对照组，其家长护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：时间目标管理联合便携式急救箱，可缩短住院癫痫患儿发作急救处置时间，缓解患儿焦虑情绪，提升护理满意度，值得儿科临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of time target management combined with a portable first-aid kit for emergency treatment of seizures in hospitalized children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 120 hospitalized children with epilepsy were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine emergency nursing for epileptic seizures,while the observation group received time target management combined with a portable first-aid kit for emergency treatment on the basis of routine nursing.The emergency treatment time,incidence of falls,bed falls and asphyxia,SCARED scores and parental nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The emergency treatment time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of falls,bed falls and asphyxia between the two groups (P>0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group was lower and parental nursing satisfaction was higher than those of the control group,with significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusion:Time target management combined with a portable first-aid kit can shorten the emergency treatment time for seizures in hospitalized children with epilepsy,relieve children’s anxiety and improve parental nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion in pediatric wards.更多还原
