【摘要】 目的：研究混合现实(MR)技术支持下的团队导向学习(TBL)教学法在胃肠外科临床教学中的应用成效。方法：选择在安徽医科大学第一附属医院胃肠外科的规培学员共60名，根据随机数表法分成实验组与对照组，每组30名学员。实验组采用TBL教学法与MR技术相结合的方式开展教学，对照组则运用传统TBL教学法进行教学。对比两组的理论和技能考核成绩，并通过问卷调查来评估学员对教学的满意程度。结果：实验组规培生的理论知识与操作技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查表明实验组规培生的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：基于MR的TBL教学法为团队讨论提供直观的三维可视化模型，成功突破了传统TBL教学法在复杂空间认知方面的限制，大幅提高了胃肠外科规培生的理论知识运用能力、团队协作能力以及临床操作技能，是一种充满潜力的现代化外科教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application effectiveness of the Team-oriented learning (TBL) teaching method supported by mixed reality (MR) technology in the clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:A total of 60 residents participating in standardized training who rotated in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 residents in each group.The experimental group adopted the TBL teaching method integrated with MR technology,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction of the trainees with the teaching was evaluated through a questionnaire survey.Results:The assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The questionnaire survey indicated that the satisfaction level of the experimental group was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The MR-based TBL teaching method successfully overcomes the limitations of the traditional teaching method in complex spatial cognition by providing a unified and intuitive three-dimensional visualization model for team discussions.It significantly enhances the theoretical knowledge application ability,teamwork ability,and clinical operational skills of residents in gastrointestinal surgery.It is a promising modern surgical teaching model.更多还原
