【摘要】 目的：探讨环泊酚复合舒芬太尼在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果。方法：选取医院需行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的90例患者，应用随机数表法分为A(丙泊酚+舒芬太尼)、B组(环泊酚+舒芬太尼)，每组45例患者。比较两组的应激反应(皮质醇、醛固酮、β-内啡肽)、苏醒质量、术后疼痛[疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、镇静效果(Ramsay评分)以及不良反应。结果：B组患者术后1??h、24??h的血清皮质醇、醛固酮、β-内啡肽水平均低于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者自主呼吸恢复时间、意识恢复时间以及拔管时间短于A组(P<0.05)。与A组比较，B组患者术后12??h的VAS评分较低，麻醉30??min的Ramsay评分较高(P<0.05)。B组患者的不良反应发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论：在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中，与丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼相比，环泊酚复合舒芬太尼能更有效地减轻手术应激反应和术后疼痛，改善苏醒质量，安全性更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ciprofol combined with sufentanil in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:Ninety patients scheduled for laparoscopic myomectomy at Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n=45 each):Group A (propofol + sufentanil) and Group B (ciprofol + sufentanil).Stress response indicators (cortisol,aldosterone,β-endorphin),recovery quality,postoperative pain[Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)],sedation effect (Ramsay Sedation Scale),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Serum levels of cortisol,aldosterone,and β-endorphin at 1 hour and 24 hours postoperatively were significantly lower in Group B than in Group A (P<0.05).The respiratory recovery time,consciousness recovery time,and extubation time were shorter in Group B compared to Group A (P<0.05).Group B also showed lower VAS scores at 12 hours postoperatively and higher Ramsay Sedation Scale scores at 30 minutes after anesthesia induction than Group A (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in Group B than in Group A (P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic myomectomy,compared with propofol combined with sufentanil,ciprofol combined with sufentanil can more effectively attenuate surgical stress response and postoperative pain,improve recovery quality,and demonstrate a better safety profile.更多还原
