社会网络结构嵌入对制造企业绿色创新的影响研究

【摘要】 以2013—2022年中国A股制造企业为样本,运用层级回归实证检验了社会网络结构嵌入对制造企业绿色创新的作用效果和影响路径。研究发现:社会网络结构嵌入中心度能够显著提高企业绿色创新水平,结构洞的丰富度则降低了企业绿色创新水平,该结论在一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。进一步研究发现,数字化转型通过社会网络结构嵌入对绿色创新产生了中介效应。高ESG表现增强了社会网络结构嵌入中心度对企业绿色创新的正向影响和结构洞对企业绿色创新的负向影响。异质性分析表明,环境规制会强化社会网络结构嵌入中心度对绿色创新的促进作用和结构洞对绿色创新的抑制作用。研究结论拓展了社会网络结构嵌入不同层面对绿色创新的差异化影响,为企业开展绿色创新活动提供了理论依据和实践指导。

【Abstract】 Using a sample of Chinese A-share manufacturing enterprises from 2013 to 2022,this study empirically examines the effects and impact pathways of social network structural embedding on the green innovation of manufacturing enterprises through hierarchical regression. The study finds that the centrality of social network structural embedding significantly improves the level of green innovation in enterprises,while the richness of structural hole reduces the level of green innovation. The conclusion remains robust after a battery of robustness tests. Further research reveals that Digital transformation plays a mediating role in the impact of social network structural embedding on green innovation. High ESG performance acts as a moderator that reinforces the positive relationship between network centrality and green innovation,as well as the negative relationship between structural holes and green innovation. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the stronger the environmental regulation,the more significant the promoting effect of social network structural embedding centrality on green innovation,and the stronger the inhibiting effect of structural holes on green innovation. The research findings extend our understanding of the differential effects of various dimensions of social network structural embedding on green innovation,providing both a theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to undertake green innovation activities.
