【摘要】 人才培养是大学的根本使命和第一要务，基础学科人才培养更是高等教育强国建设的重大战略任务。安徽师范大学持续、稳定地在基础学科人才培养方面取得突出成绩，本科毕业生中涌现了大量杰青以上的优秀人才，形成了基础学科本科人才培养的“安徽师范大学现象”。回顾安徽师范大学的办学历史，在办学过程中“坚持‘大学就是培养人’的办学定力”“深化‘以学生发展为中心’的教学改革”“不断完善基础性课程体系”“营造‘潜心育人’的育人文化”是基础学科本科人才培养取得瞩目成绩的关键。展望未来，安徽师范大学将继续传承传统、聚焦目标，探索基础学科本科人才培养的特色化路径，推动安徽师范大学建设成为国内一流、特色鲜明的高水平大学，为基础学科本科人才培养提供新样板，为高等教育强国建设贡献新力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talent cultivation is the fundamental mission and foremost priority of universities,and the cultivation of talents in basic disciplines is a major strategic task in building a powerful country in higher education. Anhui Normal University has consistently and steadily achieved outstanding results in cultivating talents in basic disciplines. A significant number of outstanding graduates,including recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars,have emerged from its undergraduate programs,giving rise to what has been termed the "Anhui Normal University phenomenon" in undergraduate talent cultivation for basic disciplines. Reflecting on the university’s history,the following principles have been pivotal to its remarkable achievements in undergraduate talent development.These include maintaining a steadfast commitment to the core principle that "a university exists to cultivate individuals";Deepening teaching reforms centered on student development;continuously refining the foundational curriculum system and fostering an educational culture dedicated to wholehearted nurturing. Looking ahead,Anhui Normal University will continue to uphold its traditions and focus on its objectives. It will explore distinctive pathways for undergraduate talent development in basic disciplines,striving to build itself into a first-class and distinctive high-level university in China. This endeavor will provide a new model for undergraduate talent cultivation in basic disciplines and make a contribution to the construction of a strong higher education system in China.更多还原
