【摘要】 乡村振兴已进入系统推进阶段，地方高校涉农专业急需打通“认知—课程—岗位”链条，还需兼顾地区“教育固边、人才兴边”的特殊诉求。基于吉林省地方高校涉农专业学生问卷调查以及涉农企业、合作社及家庭农场访谈数据，结合延边大学服务稻米、人参、延边黄牛等特色产业的实践，提出“五链融通·三师共育”人才培养模式，并构建“一核两翼三场景”的课程实践体系，配套“订单班人才培养”“学分与技能认证联动”等机制，依托科技小院、产业工匠学院与校外教学基地等载体推动落地见效，旨在实现“下得去、用得上、留得住”的人才培养目标，为其他地方高校涉农专业服务乡村振兴提供可复制的实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China’s rural revitalization enters a phase of comprehensive implementation, agriculture-related majors at local universities urgently need to build an integrated cognition-curriculum-placement continuum, while addressing the particular imperatives of border regions—using education to stabilize the frontier and talent to drive its development. Based on questionnaire surveys of students in agricultural-related programs at universities in Jilin Province, as well as interview data from agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and family farms, and informed by Yanbian University’s service practices in local specialty industries, including rice, ginseng, and Yanbian Yellow Cattle, this study proposes a “Five-Chain Integration and Three-Mentor Co-Education” approach to talent development. A “1 core, 2 wings, 3 scenarios” curriculum-practice system is further designed, supported by mechanisms such as employer-contracted(order-based) training for talent cultivation and the linkage of academic credits with skills certification, and implemented via platforms including Science and Technology Backyards, Industrial Craftsman Academies, and off-campus teaching bases. The goal is to cultivate graduates who are deployable, effective in practice, and willing to remain in post, thereby offering a replicable model for agriculture-related programs at local universities to serve rural revitalization.更多还原
