【摘要】 开展粮食净调出省农业现代化与农民收入两大系统耦合协调研究，可为保障粮食安全，促进农业现代化与农民收入协调发展提供依据。依据2013—2022年粮食净调出省的农业现代化和农民收入数据，利用熵值法、耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型实证了两大系统的综合得分、耦合协调水平和障碍因子。结果表明：农业现代化水平与农民收入水平都有提升，并呈“南高北低”状态，区域间差异趋于缩小；农业现代化与农民收入耦合协调度呈“平稳上升”态势，但两系统发展并不同步；农业现代化系统中，农业机械化率、土地生产率、化肥使用强度是主要影响因子；农民收入系统中，农民收入的量和结构是主要影响因子。基于实证，提出了实现粮食净调出省农业现代化与农民收入协同发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Carrying out research on the coupling and coordination of the two major systems of agricultural modernization and farmers’ income in the net transfer of grain out of the provinces can provide a basis for ensuring food security and promoting the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and farmers’ income. Based on the agricultural modernization and farmers’ income data of the provinces with net grain transfer from 2013 to 2022, this study uses the entropy method, coupling coordination model and obstacle degree model to demonstrate the comprehensive score, coupling coordination level and obstacle factors of the two systems. The results show that: the level of agricultural modernization and farmers’ income have improved, and the state of “high in the south and low in the north” has been presented, and the differences between regions tend to narrow. The coupling and coordination degree between agricultural modernization and farmers’ income showed a “steady upward” trend, but the development of the two systems was not synchronized. In the agricultural modernization system, the agricultural mechanization rate, land productivity, and fertilizer use intensity are the main influencing factors. In the farmers’ income system, the amount and structure of farmers’ income are the main influencing factors. Based on the empirical evidence, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to realize the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and farmers’ income in the province.更多还原
