新型甲维盐纳米杀虫剂及其药效研究

【摘要】 采用开环聚合方法,以辛酸亚锡为催化剂、PEG/6000为引发剂,与己内酯单体发生开环共聚,合成了一种两亲性嵌段共聚物聚己内酯-b-聚(乙二醇)-b-聚己内酯(PCL-PEG-PCL),并作为胶束载体来装载甲维盐,制备了一种新型的甲维盐固体分散体。实验结果表明:该胶束的结构可控、载药量增大,能够增强药效,装载甲维盐后,增强了甲维盐的稳定性,室内生测结果也表明了固体分散体对小菜蛾具有一定的持效。

【Abstract】 In this study, an amphiphilic triblock copolymer polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol-polycaprolactone(PCL-PEG-PCL) was synthesized via ring-opening polymerization using stannous octanoate as the catalyst and PEG/6000 as the initiator with epsilon-caprolactone monomer. A novel emamectin benzoate-based nanoscale insecticide formulation was developed. Experimental results demonstrated that the micelle structure was controllable, drug loading capacity was enhanced, drug efficacy was improved, and the stability of the amyl salt was significantly increased. Efficacy tests revealed that the polymer nano-insecticide could rapidly eliminate diamondback moth larvae.
