盐碱地上不同大葱品种产量及品质的差异性分析与综合评价

【摘要】 耐盐碱蔬菜种质资源或品种筛选对于盐碱地蔬菜种植至关重要。本研究以9个大葱品种为试材,采用随机区组设计,进行中度盐碱地上不同大葱品种产量及品质性状的差异性分析,以期筛选出耐盐碱优质大葱品种,为盐碱地大葱种植提供科学依据。结果表明:(1)供试9个大葱品种的株高、假茎长、假茎直径等经济性状和产量存在显著差异,以鲁葱杂1号产量最高,为74 925.60 kg/hm~2;其次为鲁葱杂5号和优选大梧桐,分别为72 191.10、68 715.75 kg/hm~2。(2)各品种总糖、可溶性固形物含量等品质性状的差异均达到显著水平,总糖含量在56.86~84.62 mg/g之间,可溶性固形物含量在8.78%~11.16%之间,粗纤维在3.08%~5.43%之间,抗坏血酸在65.24~126.72μg/g之间,丙酮酸含量在118.90~479.37μg/g之间。其中,优选大梧桐可溶性固形物含量最高,总糖和干物质含量较高,丙酮酸和粗纤维含量最低,表现出较好的鲜食品质特性。(3)通过主成分分析,最终提取出3个主成分,累计方差贡献率达87.696%。(4)根据隶属函数法的评价结果,各品种田间综合性状从优到劣的排序为优选大梧桐>鲁葱8号>鲁葱杂5号>鲁葱3号>鲁葱杂1号>鲁秋葱5号>鲁秋葱4号>分葱1号、分葱2号,前5个品种的综合隶属函数值远高于后4个品种,田间综合性状优良。综上所述,优选大梧桐、鲁葱杂5号、鲁葱杂1号和鲁葱8号这4个品种在中度盐碱地条件下长势强、产量高、品质佳,适宜在盐碱地上推广种植。

【Abstract】 Screening of saline-alkali tolerant vegetable germplasm resources or varieties is very important for vegetable planting in saline-alkali land. In this study, 9 Welsh onion varieties were used as materials, and the differences in their yield and quality traits in moderate saline-alkali land were analyzed by randomized block design, in order to screen out high-quality Welsh onion varieties with saline-alkali tolerance and provide a scientific basis for Welsh onion planting in saline-alkali land. The results were as follows.(1) There were significant differences in plant height, pseudostem length, pseudostem diameter and other economic traits and yield among the 9 Welsh onion varieties. The yield of Lucongza 1 was the highest, which was 74 925.60 kg/hm~2, followed by Lucongza 5 and Youxuan Dawutong, which were 72 191.10 and 68 715.75 kg/hm~2.(2) There were significant differences in the content of total sugar and soluble solids and other quality traits among different varieties. The total sugar content was 56.86 to 84.62 mg/g, the content of soluble solids was 8.78% to 11.16%, the crude fiber content was 3.08% to 5.43%, the ascorbic acid content was 65.24 to 126.72 μg/g, and the pyruvic acid content was 118.90 to 479.37 μg/g. Among them, Youxuan Dawutong had the highest content of soluble solids, higher total sugar and dry matter contents, and the lowest pyruvic acid and crude fiber contents, showing better fresh food quality characteristics.(3) Through principal component analysis, three principal components were finally extracted, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 87.696%.(4) According to the evaluation results of the membership function method, the order of the comprehensive characters of the nine varieties in field from superior to inferior was Youxuan Dawutong>Lucong 8>Lucongza 5>Lucongza 3>Lucongza 1>Luqiucong 5>Luqiucong 4>Fencong 1 and Fencong 2. The comprehensive membership function value of the first five varieties was much higher than that of the other four varieties, showing excellent comprehensive characters in the field. In summary, Youxuan Dawutong, Lucongza 5, Lucongza 1 and Lucongza 8 had strong growth vigour, high yield and better quality, to they were suitable for promoting to cultivate in saline-alkali land.
