盐渍土中添加银耳菌渣对羊肚菌生长和品质的影响

【摘要】 本试验在盐碱地条件下,研究盐渍土中添加体积比分别为10.0%、20.0%、30.0%和40.0%的银耳菌渣对羊肚菌生长和品质的影响。结果显示,添加银耳菌渣可显著降低盐渍土的EC值和pH值,提高其含水量、有机碳含量及全氮含量。盐渍土中添加银耳菌渣能加快羊肚菌菌丝的生长速度和获取营养速度,提高子实体的菌盖长度、菌柄长度、菌盖直径、菌柄直径、单菇鲜重、单菇干重及产量,且菌渣比例为30.0%时效果最显著,比对照(盐渍土)分别提高13.3%、8.8%、13.0%、14.2%、26.3%、26.8%和38.6%。此外,添加银耳菌渣可增加子实体中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总氨基酸、粗纤维、粗多糖及灰分含量,菌渣比例为20.0%时粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总氨基酸含量达到最高值,较对照分别增加20.2%、26.1%和19.8%;菌渣比例为30.0%时粗纤维、粗多糖、灰分含量达到最大值,较对照分别提高40.1%、27.7%和25.3%。综上,本试验条件下,添加20.0%~30.0%(体积比)的银耳菌渣能有效促进盐渍土中羊肚菌的生长发育,提高其产量和品质。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted under saline-alkali conditions to study the effects of adding Tremella fuciformis residue in saline-alkali soil with volume ratios of 0, 10.0%, 20.0%, 30.0% and 40.0% on growth and quality of Morchella spp.. The results indicated that adding T. fuciformis residue could significantly decrease the electrical conductivity(EC) and pH values of saline-alkali soil, and increse the moisture, organic carbon, total nitrogen contents of saline-alkali soil. Adding T. fuciformis residue in saline-alkali soil could increase growth rate and speed of obtaining nutrients of Morchella spp. mycelium, increase the cap length, stipe length, cap diameter, stipe diameter, single fresh weight, single dry weight, and yield of fruiting bodies, and the effect was the most obvious when the adding ratio of residue was 30.0%, which were 13.3%, 8.8%, 13.0%, 14.2%, 26.3%, 26.8% and 38.6% higher than those of the control(saline-alkali soil). Furthermore, adding T. fuciformis residue could increase the contents of crude protein, crude fat, total amino acid, crude fiber, crude polysaccharide and ash in fruiting bodies. The contents of crude protein, crude fat and total amino acid reached the highest value when the adding ratio of residue was 20.0%, which were 20.2%, 26.1% and 19.8% higher than those of the control; the contents of crude fiber, crude polysaccharide and ash reached the highest value when the adding ratio of residue was 30.0%, which were 40.1%, 27.7% and 25.3% higher than those of the control. Therefore, under the conditions of this experiment, adding 20.0% to 30.0% of T. fuciformis residue could promote the growth and development of Morchella spp. in saline-alkali soil, and thus improve its yield and quality.
