高性能纤维树脂基防刺材料在国内外防刺标准下的防刺性能对比
Comparison of stab-resistant performance of high-performance fiber resin-based stab-resistant materials under domestic and international stab-resistant standards
【摘要】 本文通过对比分析高性能纤维树脂基防刺材料在中国《GA 68-2024警用防刺服》防刺标准与美国《Stab Resistance for Personal Body Armour NIJ0115.00-2000》防刺标准下的测试结果,探究不同高性能纤维树脂基防刺材料的防刺性能差异,并剖析国内外防刺标准评价指标特点及对材料性能要求的侧重点。测试方法为通过计算各高性能纤维树脂基防刺材料在防御某防刺级别时所需材料的层数和面密度值来判定各防刺材料的防刺性能。研究结果表明,针对高性能纤维树脂基防刺材料而言,防刺材料在树脂含量接近时,纤维强度越高防刺性能越好,防刺材料在纤维强度相同时,树脂含量越高防刺性能越好;防GA68防刺标准A类所需材料为B类的2倍以上,GA68标准中的D2刀威力大于D3刀;NIJ0115.00标准中的S1刀威力相对较弱,P1刀对防刺材料的纤维强度要求高,spike刀对防刺材料中树脂含量要求高;高温条件对树脂基防刺材料的影响最大,对样品进行GA68标准测试时重点关注材料的高温防刺性能。
【Abstract】 The differences in the stabbing resistance performance of high-performance fiber-reinforced resin-based stab-resistant materials were investigated by comparing the test results under "GA 68-2024 Police Stab-proof Vest Standard" and "Stab Resistance for Personal Body Armour NIJ0115.00-2000 Standard". The characteristics of the evaluation indicators and the focus of material performance requirements in domestic and international stab-resistant standards were also analyzed. The testing method was to determine the stabbing resistance performance of each stab-resistant material by calculating the number of layers and surface density values of the high-performance fiber-reinforced resin-based stab-resistant materials required to defend against a certain level of stabbing. The research results show that for high-performance fiber resin-based stab-resistant materials, the higher the fiber strength, the better the stab-resistant performance when the resin content is close, and the higher the resin content, the better the stab-resistant performance when the fiber strength is the same. The materials required for class A of the GA68 stab-resistant standard are more than twice those of class B. In the GA68 standard, the D2 knife is more powerful than the D3 knife. In the NIJ0115.00 standard, the S1 knife is relatively less powerful, the P1 knife requires higher fiber strength of the stab-resistant material, and the spike knife requires higher resin content of the stab-resistant material. High-temperature conditions have the greatest impact on resin-based stabresistant materials. When testing the samples according to the GA68 standard, special attention should be paid to the high-temperature stab-resistant performance of the materials.
