【摘要】 介绍了聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)(PEDOT)及其衍生物的核心特性,包括良好导电性、化学稳定性、生物相容性与易加工性,以及与聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PSS)复合后在水溶性、成膜性等方面的性能优化;梳理了通过溶剂掺杂、酸处理优化PEDOT:PSS电导率,与柔性聚合物复合、制备水凝胶提升PEDOT:PSS机械柔韧性,及复合金属纳米材料增强PEDOT:PSS催化活性的材料改性策略;阐述了PEDOT及其衍生物在pH、葡萄糖、尿酸、乳酸及钠、钾离子等人体代谢物监测中的应用进展。指出当前PEDOT及其衍生物传感器集成度不够、长期稳定性待提升等问题,并提出未来PEDOT及其衍生物在人体代谢物监测传感器方面的发展方向。

【Abstract】 The core characteristics of poly(3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) and its derivatives were introduced, including good electrical conductivity, chemical stability, biocompatibility and processability, as well as the performance optimization in water solubility, film-forming property and other aspects after compounding with polystyrene sulfonate(PSS). The material modification strategies such as optimizing electrical conductivity of PEDOT: PSS through solvent doping and acid treatment, improving mechanical flexibility of PEDOT: PSS by compounding with flexible polymers and preparing hydrogels, and enhancing catalytic activity of PEDOT: PSS by compounding with metal nanomaterials were sorted out. The application progress of PEDOT and its derivatives in the monitoring of human metabolites such as pH, glucose, uric acid, lactic acid, sodium ions and potassium ions were elaborated. The current problems such as insufficient sensor integration and pending improvement in long-term stability for the PEDOT and its derivatives were pointed out, and the future development directions of PEDOT and its derivatives in sensors for human metabolites monitoring were proposed.
